Our client is an AI automation startup building enterprise software. Its leadership team needs reliable support for executive priorities and day-to-day office operations.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Support the CEO as an Executive Assistant in a role spanning professional and personal responsibilities. You will handle logistics, communications, and office coordination with a high level of trust.

What you'll do

- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and stakeholder scheduling.

- Arrange personal appointments, travel, errands, and administrative paperwork.

- Coordinate office supplies, catering, and team events.

- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.

- Handle ad hoc leadership projects and keep priorities organized.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Experience directly supporting a founder or CEO in an executive or personal assistant capacity.

- Startup or high-growth company exposure.

- Strong calendar and inbox management skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication.

- Comfort with personal assistant tasks, proactive organization, and discretion.

Bonus points

- Experience with executive personal logistics.

- Expense reporting, invoicing, or basic financial administration experience.


Benefits

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 85,000 to 115,000 per year.

- Equity: Competitive equity.

- Unlimited paid time off with manager approval.

- A discretionary year-end bonus may be available.

- Relocation support may be negotiated.

Location and work model

- Mission District, San Francisco, California, United States.

- Five days per week onsite.

- Core hours are approximately 9 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m., with occasional flexibility.

- Personal logistics are a substantial part of the job.

- Visa transfers are supported.
