About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and personal support to Nimble’s CEO.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.

The role is fully remote and based in the United States. Working hours are flexible and may vary depending on the CEO’s schedule and priorities.

Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Support to the CEO

  • Own and manage the CEO’s day-to-day calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and prioritizing meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, partners, analysts, candidates, executives, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Review presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting materials ahead of key meetings.
  • Ensure the CEO has the relevant context, materials, and information needed before important meetings.
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, including reviewing incoming emails, identifying priorities, flagging important items, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Track commitments and action items to ensure important tasks and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.
  • Coordinate business and personal travel, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
  • Resolve travel and logistical issues in real time.
  • Handle personal and administrative documentation, including Green Card-related processes, annual reports, international approvals, and other personal paperwork.
  • Support the CEO with personal tasks and day-to-day needs, including appointments, gifts, reservations, and other personal arrangements.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve scheduling, administrative, and logistical challenges.

Investor Relations & Board Support

  • Coordinate the logistics of Board meetings, including scheduling and calendar alignment.
  • Coordinate Board dinners and other Board- or investor-related gatherings.
  • Support the preparation and organization of materials ahead of Board meetings.
  • Coordinate with Board members, investors, and relevant internal stakeholders around meetings and logistics.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with employees, executives, investors, partners, service providers, and candidates on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and flexibility as priorities and schedules change.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive.
  • Native or fluent Hebrew – mandatory.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based executive or working across U.S. time zones is a strong advantage.
  • This role requires flexibility and availability outside of regular working hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed to support urgent or time-sensitive matters.
  • Exceptional calendar management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, maturity, reliability, and judgment.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a “get things done” approach.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness when priorities change.
