Who We Are:

This position provides general administrative support to the head of Endeavor Analytics by managing calendar scheduling, phone log, and expenses.  Periodic support for Analytics requests from agents may come up from time-to-time.

Related Work Experience:

  • Ideal candidates will have one year of work experience or an internship in an entertainment and sports environment, or related field.
  • Must be passionate about the business of entertainment and sport.
  • Have an interest in data and analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist department in all professional administrative matters.
  • Answer the telephone and make calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.

  • All applicants should possess excellent verbal and written skills. Must be self-confident and diligent. Must be organized.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care, follow-through, and follow up.
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.

  • Basic computer skills are mandatory.
