Responsibilities
Conduct client intake procedures and manage ongoing follow-up communications via phone and email.
Collect, organize, and manage essential documents and information from clients in a timely and discreet manner.
Maintain a high level of organization for digital files and case-related materials.
Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate critical submissions and deadlines.
Perform a variety of other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth firm operations.
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency is non-negotiable.
Proven experience in client-facing communication and follow-up.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules confidently and coordinate tasks.
Strong skills in gathering, sorting, and organizing documents and data.
A self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Prior experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is required.
A high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Must be personable, kind, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
