Provide complex and confidential administrative support to the President, Board of Directors and executives and leadership as required. Supports executives and managers in preparing and analyzing data with minimal input.

FLSA Status: Exempt position

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Provides a wide range of complex office administrative support to the President/CEO, including, but not limited to:

Coordinating and planning meetings and events such as the Board of Director meetings and retreats, and executive meetings,

Preparing monthly Board packages,

Preparing monthly Connections agenda and data review;

Proactively coordinating communication and activities among the executive leadership team;

Drafting, editing and/or reviewing ongoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency, and ensuring the final version of a document is handled as required;

Maintaining corporate files and files of the President/CEO.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • Must be dependable with strong attendance.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate with team members, members, campus partners, and vendors verbally and in writing.
  • Must be trustworthy.
Qualifications

Experience

  • Three to five years of related experience, preferably supporting a president/ceo or an executive.
  • Experience working in financial services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of office processes.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Docusign, and other software applications.

Education

  • B.A. Degree or equivalent of education plus experience in an administrative role.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation.
  • Must be able to perform sedentary work for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work extended hours whenever required.

 

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
