We are hiring a Manager of Sales Development to lead, expand, and energize our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team for the EverHealth portfolio. This role is central to top-of-funnel pipeline creation and will shape the strategy behind inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cross-functional alignment with marketing and sales.

Responsibilities 

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing SDR team focused on creating qualified pipeline across EverHealth products. 

  • Refine and execute the sales development strategy, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and lead qualification. 

  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and ideal customer profiles. 

  • Own KPI development, reporting, and accountability frameworks to track productivity, effectiveness, and pipeline contribution. 

  • Continuously optimize processes, cadences, and sales technologies (CRM, sales engagement platforms) to drive efficiency and performance. 

  • Assist with SDR hiring, onboarding, and ongoing enablement in partnership with Sales Enablement 

  • Work with product, enablement, and revenue leaders to ensure SDRs are armed with the right messaging, positioning, and competitive insights. 

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, recognition, curiosity, and career development. 

Skills & Experience Needed 

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or business development leadership role.  

  • Proven ability to build and scale SDR or inside sales teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments. 

  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) and pipeline management best practices. 

  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce and AI-driven sales engagement tools (Groove, Outreach, SalesLoft). 

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills. 

  • Ability to excel in an evolving organization and collaborate effectively across teams. 

  • Understands how to coach and grow SDRs. 

  • Passion for healthcare technology and improving outcomes for both providers and patients. 

Where: 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is based in Woburn, MA or Denver, CO - Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office). Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:   

The On Target Earnings (base + commission) for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 USD per  year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
