The Role

At Stellic, we’re seeking an Events Marketing Manager who will lead our sponsored and hosted events from strategy through execution, creating experiences that inspire our audience and drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of all sponsored and Stellic-hosted events.

  • Play a key role in making our annual Stellic Summit a success with tight coordination and project management across key work streams within the company

  • Manage the production and success of our webinar and virtual events programs

  • Manage logistics end-to-end: venue selection, vendor management, budgets, registration, branding, and on-site execution.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align events with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Create engaging pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.

  • Track, measure, and report on event performance and recommend improvements.

  • Build processes that scale as Stellic grows, while staying agile and adaptable.

  • Represent Stellic at events, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospects, partners, and customers.

Who You Are
  • 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related roles.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS organizations strongly preferred.

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing successful events end-to-end.

  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with travel, domestically and internationally (expected to be a meaningful part of the role).

  • A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 base salary, plus equity
