Role Overview

We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of trade shows, field events, and community engagement initiatives. This individual will manage 15–20 major trade shows annually, launch targeted local events across core verticals, and create content that amplifies LettrLabs’ brand and customer stories. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to translate events into measurable pipeline growth and brand impact.

How You’ll Make A Difference
  • Manage 15–20 major trade shows annually, overseeing logistics, booth design, shipping, travel, sponsorships, and team coordination
  • Launch and execute smaller, high-impact local events such as dinners, golf outings, and sporting events
  • Oversee and optimize a ~$600K annual events budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
  • Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across all events
    Capture and promote stories, photos, and video content from events to showcase LettrLabs’ people, customers, and wins
  • Build community by fostering authentic connections with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Partner with Sales to align event strategy with revenue goals and report on pipeline and ROI
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in events marketing with full-cycle ownership of trade shows and events
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable capturing and promoting content
  • Willingness to consistently travel throughout the year

$80,000$120,000 USD

Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location. This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity and benefits. We welcome you to apply even if your expectations are outside our listed range.
