The Role
We’re excited to be hiring our Events Manager!
We’re seeking an Events Manager to elevate our presence and engage our audience through exceptional event experiences. Your mission will be to plan, execute, and manage events that create meaningful connections, strengthen customer relationships, and amplify Nabla’s brand.
You’ll be responsible for organizing a variety of events—from conferences and trade shows to customer gatherings and internal events. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each event aligns with our broader business and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute a variety of events annually, including conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, industry dinners, and internal gatherings.

Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners to help seamlessly execute events from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Event Administration: Handle all logistical and administrative tasks for events, including researching vendors, developing event materials, tracking budgets, driving RSVPs, and managing onsite operations.

Creative Customer Gatherings: Plan and organize customer-focused gatherings such as curated dinners and other Nabla-hosted events, providing creative, personalized experiences that foster strong relationships.

Event Storytelling and Social Media: Assist with social media strategy to support event storytelling, working with the Brand & Comms team to amplify the impact of events through compelling, on-brand content.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on healthcare-related events.

Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of events, from large-scale conferences to intimate customer gatherings.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong vendor and partner management experience, ensuring the seamless execution of events.

A great collaborator who works well with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Brand & Comms) and external partners.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing budgets and logistics in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Willingness to travel up to 40% in order to execute responsibilities at the conference pre-, during-, and post-show.

Willingness and ability to set-up/dismantle booths, as needed. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Proficiency with using HubSpot, or comparable CRM/Marketing Automation, for the purposes of building/loading contact lists, managing marketing campaigns, and reporting on event metrics.
