What to Expect 

We are looking for a results-driven Events Manager to plan, oversee, and scale

Zoom-hosted events or third-party trade shows. The ideal candidate will leverage a

proven track record of managing and executing successful in-person and virtual events, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignments.

In this role, you will devise strategies, plans, budgets, and be accountable for executing the event from end to end. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 

About the Team 

This person will work independently in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

●Create and optimize event plans that align with revenue, partner, and

channel org’s priorities and goals.

●Manage all aspects of events from pre-event planning, onsite execution,

and post-event analysis.

●Execute event details include but are not limited to - event landing page,

event promotion, booth build, speaking engagement, onsite meeting,

swag creation, cocktail reception, and hosted ancillary events.

●Build and manage event reporting based on KPIs, including ROI and

various marketing and sales matrices.

●Own and manage event budget, PO creation, and invoice handling.

●Creative thinker who eagerly provides ideas and suggestions to improve

and enhance the event experience.

●Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure

seamless execution of events.

●Work closely with Zoom channel leaders, marketing teams, sales teams,

product teams, technical teams, and various leaders for cross-functional

alignment

What We Are Looking For 

●5+ years of experience in event management and execution

●Knowledge of channel and partner GTM strategy and business practices,

and event best practices for it

●Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company

●Thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent adaptability

●A team player with leadership skills

●Outstanding communication skills

●Strong project management and organizational skills. Must be

detail-oriented

●Knowledge of KPIs and event matrix for goal setting and reporting

●Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and meet tight deadlines

●Tech savvy; proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce, marketing automation tools,

and project management tools

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
