- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure event resources and services
- Support event registration processes and manage attendee communications
- Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items
- Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and accounted for
Requirements
- Previous experience or internship in event planning or administration is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus
