We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of corporate and private events. This role plays a key part in ensuring that every event is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and a professional touch. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and enjoys contributing to memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing on-site and off-site events.

  • Support logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and event setup.

  • Prepare event materials, documents, and organizational tools.

  • Ensure smooth event operations by managing checklists and timelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet event goals and brand standards.

  • Maintain strong communication before, during, and after each event.

  • Help evaluate event performance and suggest improvements.
