Role summary. Owns the end-to-end solution architecture across Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). Accountable for delivering a scalable, upgrade-safe, and integrated ServiceNow solution aligned to business objectives and future CMDB/CSDM initiatives. Key responsibilities Define overall platform and solution architecture. Lead architecture workshops and design governance activities. Define CMDB, asset model, integration, and security architecture. Establish integration patterns using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Servers, and WDF capabilities. Provide architectural oversight across WSD, EAM, FSM, and reporting solutions. Review technical and functional designs. Ensure OOTB adoption and minimize technical debt. Support project estimations, technical risk management, and deployment planning. Guide Future CMDB, ITAM, HAM, and CSDM alignment initiatives. Experience 12+ years overall IT experience. 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
