Leads quality assurance across multiple engineering teams by defining test strategies, quality gates, and release readiness criteria. Coordinates testing activities, manages test planning and resources, tracks quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement. Works hands-on with automated test frameworks to diagnose flaky tests, broken pipelines, and infrastructure issues. Collaborates with product, development, DevOps, and other stakeholders to resolve dependencies and risks.

Manages data center vendor procurement and delivery activities, including obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, coordinating kickoff and status meetings, monitoring timelines, validating testing and turnover documentation, coordinating patching and end-to-end testing, and updating installation, acceptance, and circuit records for billing accuracy.

Designs and leads scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Snowflake data platforms supporting enterprise analytics, operational reporting, and generative AI applications. Serves as the technical authority for data architecture, modeling, lakehouse design, Snowflake services, dbt transformation frameworks, and Python/Snowpark development. Provides hands-on architectural leadership while influencing executive-level technology strategy.

Leads hands-on big data processing, data engineering, and analytics workflows using Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL. Develops insights and reporting with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Analyzes complex datasets, communicates findings to business stakeholders, manages competing priorities, meets deadlines, and promotes continuous improvement.

Leads development of cloud-native, AI-powered applications using Python, React.js, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI services. Designs backend services, REST APIs, responsive front ends, third-party integrations, and generative AI capabilities including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG. Responsible for testing, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and collaboration across application development initiatives.

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise generative AI solutions across document processing, language, vision, and agentic systems. Design Azure-based pipelines, RAG workflows, multi-agent solutions, integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes. Partner with stakeholders, lead engineering teams, and establish MLOps, governance, security, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.

Lead enterprise software supply chain security initiatives, including Sonatype and repository governance, open-source software policies, artifact signing, SLSA provenance, SBOM integration, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD security automation. Design repository strategies, approval workflows, reporting capabilities, and ecosystem onboarding while partnering with security and development teams. The role requires extensive DevSecOps experience, AWS expertise, scripting skills, and knowledge of secure software development frameworks.

Architect and govern production-grade generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms. Design integrations involving large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, autonomous agents, microservices, APIs, data, and cloud technologies. Establish architectural standards, evaluate AI platforms and toolchains, optimize scalability and security, and lead technical design reviews. Requires extensive enterprise architecture experience, strong communication and prioritization skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to perform under pressure. Banking experience is preferred.

Develop and deploy Appian BPM solutions, including workflows, process models, interfaces, records, reports, integrations, and enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into automated processes, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and best practices. Build integrations with databases, APIs, Active Directory, Ping, Snowflake, Dremio, and other systems. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, and support for BPM architecture, standards, reuse, and process improvement initiatives.

Provides Level 2 application support for enterprise financial and business applications. Responsibilities include incident resolution, root cause analysis, batch and interface monitoring, system health checks, change and release validation, UAT support, ticket management, reporting, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, vendors, and L3 teams. The role requires Java knowledge, SQL, Unix command-line skills, monitoring and scheduling tools, and availability for onsite 24x7 rotational shifts.

Designs and leads AWS cloud transformation initiatives, including workload assessments, business cases, adoption roadmaps, scalable production architectures, and security architecture. Advises clients and senior technology stakeholders, drives projects from an architectural perspective, provides cloud thought leadership, and mentors teams. Requires strong AWS expertise, communication and presentation skills, and experience provisioning clusters and building resilient systems.

Lead the design and development of Azure-based big data solutions, including batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines, data architecture, ingestion, curation, warehousing, and storage. Build solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Spark, Python, SQL, and related Azure services. Support Salesforce migration and integration while applying strong RDBMS, data management, and big data design expertise.

Provides onsite technical support for virtual meeting rooms, conferencing hardware, smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring meetings, troubleshooting devices and audiovisual equipment, training employees, and managing help desk tickets. Requires basic IT or customer service experience, familiarity with Zoom, Teams, or Webex, knowledge of iOS and Android device management, and clear communication skills.
