As a ESG and Finance Transformation Manager , within Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team (FFBA) you will deliver strategic automation to the ESG Finance Controller Reporting space. This is to support JPMorgan Chase's requirement to track Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) obligations in response to regulatory reporting requirements (EU Taxonomy & Net Zero Emissions) and internal firmwide initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with project stakeholders to set and manage project scope, implementation plan, program plan, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies while monitoring and recalibrating scope as necessary
- Govern and execute strategic initiatives through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Maintain a robust communication and governance plan, including status reporting on major milestones or risks to the senior project leads
- Coordinate with FFBA ESG Product Owners to schedule and coordinate the implementation of new data models in strategic cloud architecture, as well as own the associated release management process
- Prepare for project forums to communicate status of work, including various Working Group, Steering Committee, and Stakeholder Management meetings.
- Review and finalize of meeting minutes and actions log with support from junior team members, including proactive coordination with stakeholders for resolution of actions.
- Prepare and maintenance of various project artifacts, including Operating Model Documentation, Project Confluence and SharePoint.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of project management or project delivery experience within finance/ banking, or ESG background is a must
- Previous ESG Transformation or Finance Transformation experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with desire to submerge into the detail of a topic, issue or deliverable to understand the underlying concept
- Self-starter; proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong experience in preparing high quality presentational materials and documentation
- Keen attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
- High proficiency in key MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio), JIRA and Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Understanding of Finance / Accounting processes within Banking
- Experience with Agile project methodology and work environments
- Ability to lead across department and geographies and with implementing organizational change; strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
