Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant | 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) AMS & Production Support Key Responsibilities & Skills • Provide AMS and Production Support for Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM), including application monitoring, incident management, issue resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), enhancement requests, and ensuring smooth business operations • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations in production environments. • Analyze integration failures, perform RCA, resolve production issues, and implement corrective and preventive solutions. • Manage application incidents, service requests, and change/enhancement requests while maintaining SLA commitments. • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, including App Driven, Scheduled, File-Based, and Orchestration integrations. • Configure and support OIC adapters such as REST, SOAP, Oracle SCM, Oracle Financials, FTP/SFTP, ATP Database, and other enterprise adapters. • Support integrations with external systems including EDI, Salesforce (SFDC), and third-party applications. • Develop and support API-based and FBDI solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, XSLT, XML, and JSON for data transformation. • Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and automation functionalities in Oracle ERP/SCM. • Perform deployment and migration activities across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments. • Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validate end-to-end business processes after Oracle quarterly updates. • Gather business requirements, prepare technical/functional design documents, and provide technical solutions. • Perform integration monitoring using OIC Monitoring and Tracking and optimize integration performance. • Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and project managers.
