Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC
Maintain the tool performance as measured by availability to production and primary quality metrics and use data analysis to drive the priority equipment engineering within the area. Conduct all work in accordance with safety policies and laws. Follow up and look for related issues immediately and work towards resolution with partners. Perform and facilitate audits and submit catches on safety issues to proactively reduce incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental impact. Maintain tools according to documentation and guidelines. Partner with suppliers, process owners, and Shift Engineers and Technicians to complete daily activities. Analyze data to make critical decisions and drive cost-reduction activities. Provide support for advanced problems and address root causes. Partner with HVM sites to identify gaps and opportunities for workstation efficiencies, such as reviewing SPC, ETI, and Y3 to identify PM frequency optimization opportunities. Handle inventory lists and levels to ensure we have the parts for planned and unplanned maintenance events. Partner with equipment owners to develop, prioritize, and run projects skills sought for this role. Position requires international travel.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires:
1. Fab process areas including area processing equipment;
2. SPC principles including improving CPK, reducing defectivity baselines, and how the equipment affects SPC performance;
3. LAM/Novellus, AMAT, TEL, and ASML
4. Dry Etch equipment
5. High Volume Manufacturing equipment performance management
