Project Scope
We are seeking an Epic ClinDoc–certified analyst to support a major Epic Implementation in Dubai across inpatient units and interdisciplinary clinical teams. The project includes ongoing documentation optimization, new-build initiatives, clinical workflow alignment, and the enhancement of clinical decision support tools and inpatient charting structures.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of inpatient clinical documentation workflows. This role ensures that nursing, providers, and allied health teams have accurate, efficient, and compliant documentation tools to support high-quality patient care across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Epic ClinDoc components including flowsheets, navigators, SmartForms, documentation templates, and interdisciplinary charting tools.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to gather workflow requirements and translate them into scalable documentation design.
• Configure clinical decision support elements such as BPAs, SmartSets, SmartTools, and embedded documentation workflows.
• Perform unit, integrated, and UAT testing; troubleshoot documentation issues and collaborate with cross-module teams (Orders, Stork, Willow, Radiant, Beaker).
• Support training teams, workflow alignment activities, go-live readiness, and post–go-live stabilization and optimization.
Qualifications
• Epic ClinDoc certification required.
• 3+ years of Epic ClinDoc build/support experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inpatient nursing workflows, interdisciplinary documentation, and clinical decision support.
• Experience supporting large multi-hospital systems or international healthcare environments preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel onsite full-time as required for workflow sessions, validation, training support, and go-live activities.
Travel Requirements
• 100% onsite travel required throughout the duration of the project.
• Onsite presence required in Dubai for workflow design, testing events, and go-live support.
