Daily Working Hours: Contract/Full-Time
Travel: 100% onsite

Project Scope
We are seeking an Epic Beacon–certified analyst to support an Epic Implementation project in Dubai. The program spans multiple hospital sites and ambulatory cancer centers, replacing legacy clinical systems and introducing standardized oncology treatment workflows, medication protocols, precision-medicine integration and ongoing maintenance/support. 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Analyst to support oncology build and workflow design across inpatient and outpatient cancer care settings. This role is essential to ensuring complex chemotherapy regimens, treatment plans, infusion workflows, clinical decision support, and oncology-specific documentation are accurately built, tested, and deployed across the health system.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Epic Beacon to support end-to-end oncology workflows, including treatment plans, regimens/protocols, infusion workflows, and supportive care orders.
• Gather requirements with oncology clinicians, pharmacy teams, and operational leaders, and translate them into Beacon design and build.
• Configure oncology SmartSets/SmartTools, preference lists, clinical decision support (BPA/alerts), treatment parameters, and integration with Willow, Oncology Pharmacy, and Lab/Radiology workflows.
• Execute unit, integrated, and UAT testing; troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolutions with cross-module teams (Willow, Orders, Inpatient, Ambulatory).
• Support training, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization/optimization across oncology service lines.
Qualifications
  • Epic Beacon certification required.
  • 3+ years of Epic Beacon build/implementation experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to Dubai site
  • Strong understanding of oncology workflows, chemotherapy regimens, infusion operations, and clinical decision support.
  • Experience working with international healthcare systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
