Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Sr. Product Manager, Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA and dev ops to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partners. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threats. Gather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee product development projects. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders.
- User Experience: Work with designers to create user-centric product designs. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Agile Methodology: Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development management. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management. Experience in digital product development is preferred.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
