Pair Eyewear is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and take on the lower funnel of our core ecommerce funnel as part of the Site Experience team. This team is accountable for providing a frictionless, helpful, and delightful shopping journey for our customers whether it’s their first or 50th purchase with us. You and the team will help guide our customers in building their perfect eyewear and collection.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and own the product vision and strategy for the lower funnel customer experience

  • Drive measurable outcomes by identifying and solving user pain points to increase AOV and conversion
    Conduct funnel and customer behavior analysis to identify opportunities for optimization

  • Translate data and insights into a roadmap of high-impact product initiatives
    Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to bring initiatives to life

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to align promotions and campaigns with product strategy

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to propose new ideas and features

  • Lead agile ceremonies (kickoffs, standups, demos, retros) in close partnership with your cross-functional squad

  • Contribute to the development of product team tools, frameworks, and best practices

Need to Have

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience in ecommerce (DTC, marketplace, or B2C)

  • Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and roadmap end-to-end

  • Experience driving impact in A/B testing environments

  • Ability to model P&L drivers like conversion and AOV

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    Experience using data to inform decisions, including basic knowledge of analytics tools and experimentation frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Looker and SQL

  • Familiarity with growth marketing principles

  • Experience working in a consumer startup or high-growth environment

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $160,000 - $170,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
