We are searching for Sales Associates who not only satisfy our current client base but also anticipate the needs of future clients, with the potential to train for an Upper Manager position within their first year based on performance.
Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive cross-training in various aspects of our business, including:
- Entry-level advertising, marketing, and sales techniques.
- Business management and client relations.

- Training in team leadership and management skills.
- Building long-term personal relationships with clients.
Requirements for Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, or brand management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Full-time availability, committed to working 40 hours per week.

- Excited about collaborating with team members and engaging with the community.
