Key Responsibilities:Represent national and local brands at retail pop-ups, promotional events, and community activations
Set up branded displays, signage, and promotional materials at event locations
Engage the public, explain product benefits, and generate excitement and awareness
Track interactions, gather customer feedback, and support post-event campaign reporting
Help manage event logistics, setup, flow, and breakdown
Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign goals and optimize public engagement
Participate in team strategy sessions, training workshops, and pre-event briefings
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Strong communication skills and a confident, people-friendly personality
Comfortable with in-person customer interaction
Team player with a desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
Reliable, punctual, and organized at live events
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
