Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant – Events and Promotions

What You’ll Do:Represent well-known brands at local events, retail locations, and community activations
Set up and break down branded booths, banners, and promotional displays
Engage directly with the public to share product info, brand values, and current promotions
Answer questions and drive consumer engagement through face-to-face interaction
Support event coordination and logistics
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet campaign goals
Track and report customer interactions, feedback, and performance metrics
High school diploma or GED required (Marketing or Communications degree is a plus)
Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
Comfortable working evenings and weekends during events
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations
Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, theater, or events is a bonus but not required
Paid, hands-on training in marketing, branding, and promotions
