We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant. In this role, you will support the communications team in various aspects of internal and external communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in communications and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and other communication-related activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on relevant news and trends.
  • Maintain and update databases of media contacts, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
