WideOrbit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive strategic growth across our media technology platform. In this individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Growth, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise opportunities, as well as expanding existing relationships with key media partners. This role requires a deep understanding of digital order management systems, media sales operations, and the evolving needs of modern broadcasters and digital publishers.

Here’s what success will look like:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and solution mapping to contract negotiation and close.

  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders in media organizations, understanding their advertising operations, sales planning, and workflow challenges.

  • Promote WideOrbit’s suite of solutions, with a focus on digital order management and cross-platform monetization tools.

  • Drive consultative selling strategies that align our capabilities with customer needs.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and maintaining up-to-date activity in CRM systems.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Represent WideOrbit at key industry events and trade shows.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in media technology, digital advertising, or SaaS platforms.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, high-value deals.

  • Strong understanding of digital order management systems, media ad sales processes, and advertising workflows.

  • Experience working with broadcasters, networks, publishers, and agencies.

  • Skilled in building relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Self-starter comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Location: This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $200,000 base salary + Commission, Annual Variable Bonus & Equity Participation
