This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for our largest enterprise prospects. As the Director, you will hire, guide, and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives who possess deep product expertise and strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will work closely with our product, solutions, engineering, and channel teams, as well as our customers, to drive successful sales strategies across the NinjaOne platform. This highly visible role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, sales strategy and business leadership, essential for achieving our continued record growth in the marketplace.

What You'll be Doing
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on new revenue.
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
- Coordinate, direct, and monitor the pipeline of your team by tracking and reporting weekly activities.
- Motivate team members through creative incentives.
- Regularly report on team/individual results.
- Travel as needed across North America.
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 7-10 Years' experience leading enterprise sales teams and sales motions in technology/SaaS Sales.
- Experience selling Endpoint Solutions, IT Operations Software or similar is highly preferred.
- Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels. Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams.
- Solutions focused and collaborative, you are a problem solver and create winning outcomes for the company and our partners.
- Sales Star and Master Negotiator - You are a great salesperson with sales methodology knowledge, who will be the role-model of sales excellence for the team. Your extensive experience will allow you and others to skillfully negotiate wins internally and externally while maintaining strong relationships.
- You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through both direct sales and channel partner relationships.
- Proven, consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- A Salesforce enthusiast that uses data to help the team be successful; experience with Salesloft and other tools a plus.
- Extremely organized and able to work efficiently in ambiguous scenarios. You are also comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Well-organized and detailed you prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Flexible - You not only cope with change, but you also thrive on it and can shift gears easily and guide your team through change as well.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to multiple audiences easily.
- Authentic customer service mindset, you care about the experience you and your team create.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
