PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of CA, NC, VA, WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. As an Enterprise Program Manager at BECU, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic outcomes by bringing cross-functional teams together and guiding complex, multi-stream initiatives across the Credit Union. You’ll collaborate with teams across both Technology and the Business to turn big ideas into measurable impact — ensuring programs are executed with clarity, agility, and purpose. Your leadership will help shape how we operate, communicate, and deliver value to our members. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Guide Strategic Programs from Start to Finish: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs with multiple project teams. Keep everything aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
Champion Agile, Collaborative Planning: Work iteratively with stakeholders and customers to gather and refine requirements in real time — translating vision into tangible action.
Shape and Evolve Governance: Partner with Tech Product Owners and Leadership to define and adjust governance structures as the program evolves.
Ensure Measurable Business Outcomes: Define success metrics for each project within the program and ensure results are clearly communicated and delivered.
Oversee Program Financials and Resources: Build and manage program budgets, resource plans, and schedules — always keeping an eye on risk and dependencies.
Navigate Challenges with Confidence: Identify roadblocks and solve problems across teams while maintaining focus on outcomes, quality, and timelines.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Enhance project delivery processes across the program lifecycle and identify tech practices that improve efficiency.
Coach and Mentor Others: Support newer project managers and team members with guidance, feedback, and hands-on leadership.
Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Ensure cross-department alignment and communication through thoughtful planning, clear documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage External Partners: Review vendor SOWs/contracts and oversee third-party resources as needed.
Lead Release and Go-Live Strategies: Coordinate successful program launches, manage go-live plans, and support post-implementation success.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of experience managing programs or large-scale projects, 2 years improving enterprise or interdepartmental processes, plus 1 year of mentoring and influencing others on project approaches
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery using Agile and Waterfall
Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field
Project Management and Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)
Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Involvement in professional organizations related to tech, change management, or community impact
