How you will contribute 

The Enterprise Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the implementation of HRIS/HCM solutions for large enterprise clients. This role focuses on managing the technical and functional aspects of client onboarding, ensuring the successful configuration, deployment, and integration of enterprise-level HRIS/HCM systems. The Enterprise Implementation Specialist works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet the client’s specific needs while ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

  • Lead and manage the implementation of HRIS/HCM solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Compliance, Customer Success) to configure and deliver the HRIS/HCM platform according to client specifications. 
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed client requirements to configure and customize HRIS/HCM system features, integrations, and workflows. 
  • Coordinate data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring accurate data transfer from legacy systems to the new HRIS/HCM platform. 
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation process, addressing system configurations, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring transparency and communication with clients and internal teams. 
  • Train client teams on the use of the HRIS/HCM system and provide ongoing support post-implementation as needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client-specific requirements throughout the implementation process. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in refining implementation methodologies and best practices. 
  • Monitor and manage client expectations, addressing any potential risks or delays and ensuring a positive client experience. 
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and FAQs. 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM implementation, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-level clients. 
  • Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM systems, data structures, integrations, and system configurations. 
  • Experience with large-scale data migrations, system integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project). 
  • Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. 
  • Knowledge of HR functions and business processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. 

 

Compensation 

The base range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 depending on level of experience.
