Resolves payroll tax notices and agency issues, supports client tax setup and authorizations, updates tax rates and IDs, files amended and periodic returns, and assists with quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting. Maintains accurate documentation in the CRM, communicates tax resolutions to clients, supports year-end SSN updates through the SSA, and coordinates special projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely filing.

Resolves payroll tax notices, payments, filings, agency communications, and client issues across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Ensures timely, accurate, and compliant tax remittances and returns; documents resolutions in the CRM; collaborates with internal teams and managers; creates payment files or initiates agency payments; and supports special projects. Requires strong payroll tax, multi-state taxation, software, Excel, communication, organization, and compliance skills.

Processes weekly, semi-monthly, and custom payrolls for small business clients. Calculates pay using tax tables, audits payroll and timekeeping records, resolves discrepancies, enters new hires and pay or tax changes, processes garnishments and levies, and prepares management reports. Provides client-facing payroll support while maintaining accurate employee records and meeting tight deadlines.

Manages daily and quarterly payroll tax filing operations, including team leadership, SLA performance, agency filings, rejections, reconciliations, ACH applications, documentation, and audit readiness. Oversees SOPs, training, staffing, tax-code setup, agency relationships, JIRA testing, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Development, Legal, and Client Services. Reports filing performance and risks to senior leadership while ensuring accurate, timely compliance with agency deadlines.

Build and expand strategic partnerships across Workday, Oracle, SAP, and related ERP/HCM ecosystems to generate pipeline and revenue for Asure Payroll Tax Management. Develop partner plans, referral and co-selling motions, enablement materials, account mapping, and joint campaigns. Manage partner relationships, opportunity tracking, forecasting, executive briefings, and pipeline reporting while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations. Travel approximately 20% for partner meetings, events, and customer engagements.
