About you:

We are looking for an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager with robust experience planning and organizing field events for companies in the enterprise tech sector. This role will require you to have a strong understanding of how to connect and engage with senior tech leaders in large enterprise organizations as well as how to create memorable experiences that drive demand for our products and services. You are results oriented and should have a thorough understanding of Field Marketing’s critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth and feel comfortable measuring and reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance insights. You also have strong interpersonal skills for building strong working relationships with our partners in Sales and can act as both a strategic business partner and trusted subject matter expert.

What you’ll do:

  • Full ownership of our field marketing strategy
  • Lead the planning and execution of field marketing activities for our enterprise SaaS product, Stack Internal. This includes:
    • White glove experiences, such as executive leadership retreats, round table dinners, and networking mixers
    • Sponsored events and tradeshows
    • Virtual webinars, roundtables, and AMAs
  • Manage the operational and logistical aspects of events including project plans, budget management, data analysis, and vendor management
  • Act as a strategic business partner and trusted subject matter expert for stakeholders in Sales
  • Lead cross-functional working teams with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to execute on event plans

What we expect to see:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience selling tech into enterprise organizations
  • Deep experience in executive-level engagement
  • Experience establishing an annual event strategy that ties directly to business objectives
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience reporting pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance insights
  • Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional working teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S., and occasionally Europe, for event coordination and support  

The base salary for this role will be up to $120k base + annual bonus and benefits. #LI-KS1 #LI-Remote
