We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Development Representative (EDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in conducting strategic outreach to potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.) on behalf of the Enterprise Sales Team. As an EDR, you’ll help build executive relationships and drive business growth by identifying opportunities with Enterprise law firm prospects.

What You’ll Do

  • Begin the Relationship: Through lead-generation activities and cold-calling, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities. You will enthusiastically explain EvenUp’s vision, pinpoint opportunities, and generate interest.

  • Client and Industry Knowledge: Clients are at the heart of everything we do. As the first point of contact for future Enterprise clients, you will be building rapport through strategic outreach and a well-rounded client and industry knowledge. Researching clients and staying informed on industry trends will be key to your success.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: You will collaborate with your team and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings. Maintaining a high level of collaboration and clear communication within the team is critical.

  • Develop key points of contact in multiple departments across multiple levels of leadership.

  • Support early stage meetings to qualify prospects based on business needs, timeline, and authority.

  • Attend events (online and in-person) to meet with prospective customers & generate interest in EvenUp’s suite of products.

Compensation & Incentives: This role has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) benchmark of $110,000 (USD), structured with a 60% Base / 40% Variable split ($66k base/$44k variable).
