Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour (Non-exempt / Full-Time)
  • On Target Annual Commission (OTAC): $37k (Uncapped)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST with a 1-hour lunch
  • Travel Required: 0%
 
Job Summary:  
An Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports RoadRunner’s go-to-market strategy by making effective use of cold calls, emails, and social tools to build the value of our services with prospective customers. As an Enterprise SDR, you will work to grow and develop a robust and qualified pipeline of Enterprise-level prospects, supporting our mission to power comprehensive and sustainable materials management for large businesses with a national footprin

Maintains accurate data in Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups

Organizational Relationship:
  • Reports To: Senior Manager, Enterprise
  • Direct Reports:  None
  • Interacts with:  Prospective Customers, Internal Teams
 
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Experience):

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably targeting Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven Experience in a 100% remote sales environment: The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to thrive and manage a high-paced, autonomous workflow while working remotely.
  • Experience selling into large, complex companies with a national footprint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
