Own enterprise demand generation programs for a defined ABM target list. Responsibilities include account prioritization, outbound campaigns, executive dinners, conferences, field marketing, customer proof, case studies, and sales follow-up. The role is a senior hands-on individual contributor responsible for generating qualified pipeline and revenue, partnering with Sales, delivery, agencies, leadership, and technical experts. Regular travel is required for events.

Recast helps the sharpest teams in the world solve complex measurement problems with sophisticated, composable MMMs and tooling. We’ve built a strong foundation through being on the bleeding edge of marketing science research, creating deep product capabilities, and fostering a trusted founder-led brand.

Now we’re building the programs that will bring that work directly to more enterprise buyers.

You’ll inherit a defined ABM list of target enterprise companies and your job is to prioritize and activate that network through targeted outbound, executive dinners, conferences, and a flywheel of customer proof. Then, you’ll help turn those efforts into qualified opportunities and revenue.

Specifics of the role:

This is a senior, hands-on IC role. You’ll design the programs and personally execute them, which will include researching accounts, drafting outreach, recruiting dinner attendees, running events, managing follow-up, and working closely with Sales. Importantly, you’ll have meaningful variable comp tied to executing these programs well against clear success criteria.

You’ll also have budget, access to Recast leadership and technical experts, and support from sales, delivery, and agency resources.

All of this means we’re looking for someone who has already built successful outbound and field-marketing programs and can bring that exceptional experience to Recast.

Programs you’ll own on day one
  • Outbound and account activation: Prioritize cohorts within our existing ABM list, map buying committees, develop relevant outreach, and run campaigns that create qualified conversations. Work with Sales on follow-up and opportunities across sibling brands and sibling business units.
  • Dinners, conferences, and general field marketing: Build and execute a focused event program, from account selection and invitations through logistics, hosting, and follow-up. Use events to create valuable relationships and conversations. These may be as small as setting up coffee between a founder and a CMO all the way to planning a booth + speaking engagement at a major conference.
  • Customer proof: Partner with Sales and delivery teams to develop enterprise case studies, secure logo permissions, and curate customer stories.

You’ll also partner with the Head of Marketing on positioning, messaging, and campaign assets, drawing on Recast’s research, product capabilities, and customer experience.

The experience you need:

We’re looking for an exceptional teammate to bring these programs to life and begin executing well on them early. That looks like:

  • 5+ years in GTM for high-ACV B2B SaaS, working with long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, complex enterprise buying committees, etc.
  • Demonstrated success running outbound programs. You’ve personally owned targeting, messaging, execution, and iteration, with clear evidence of qualified pipeline and revenue generated.
  • Demonstrated success in field marketing. You’ve personally planned and executed enterprise dinners, conferences, or similar events, recruited relevant attendees, and created value-adding environments.
  • Credibility with senior buyers. You’re a strong writer and communicator who can engage marketing and analytics leaders and connect technical capabilities to business needs.
  • Independent execution and strong sales partnership. You’re comfortable owning the details, maintaining clear account records, and traveling regularly for events.

Experience in marketing measurement, martech, adtech, or data products is a plus but not required. What’s more important is that you understand our GTM motion and create programs that make it better than the sum of its parts.

Notes on the role:
  • Team: Marketing
  • Reports to: Head of Marketing
  • Location: Remote, EST time zone preferred. Regular travel required.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
