Job Description
CSCI Consulting is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support a Department of War (DoW) client. In this role, the consultant will provide high-level architectural expertise to guide enterprise-wide IT strategy, develop architecture artifacts, and advise leadership on technology solutions to support mission objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff across the organization
  • Develop and maintain architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines
  • Advise leadership on technology selection, including processing, data storage, data access, and application development solutions
  • Establish and enforce functional and technical standards for effective IT and operations management
  • Assess the feasibility of future initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Research and analyze API capabilities, specifically related to ServiceNow and SAP
  • Demonstrate successful testing of data exchanges between the Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository and ServiceNow using system APIs
  • Support integration and optimization of enterprise systems aligned with DLA mission requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow and SAP platforms
  • Relevant experience with the current DLA Enterprise Architecture solution (Celonis Process Management) within a DoD environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to advise both technical teams and executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Active Public Trust security clearance
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., DoDAF, TOGAF)
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently

  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
  • Department of War experience is a plus!
