Design, develop, and implement OneStream financial management solutions: data integrations, cubes, workflows, dashboards, business rules. Gather requirements, support testing and UAT, deliver training, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to meet financial reporting needs in a federal environment.

Perform QA for OneStream/EPM implementation supporting a DoD client: plan and execute SIT/UAT and regression testing; develop test cases and scripts; validate configurations, integrations, calculations, workflows, and reports; manage defects and traceability; support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation.

Primary coordination lead between implementation teams and agency stakeholders to facilitate communication, track dependencies, manage risks and action items, support governance and readiness activities (requirements, SIT/UAT, training, deployment), and provide status reporting to project leadership and PMO.

Lead assessment of a public-sector data integration environment, documenting systems, interfaces, data flows, dependencies, lineage, and integration patterns. Evaluate Snowflake, Azure, cloud data platforms, governed data sharing, analytics, security, and identity models. Develop vendor-neutral future-state architecture options, modernization roadmaps, implementation sequencing, staffing and cost estimates, and gap analyses. Facilitate discovery sessions and present technical recommendations to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Supports SAP S/4HANA HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods implementations for a DoD modernization initiative. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional design and configuration, hazardous-material master data management, integration across SAP logistics modules, data migration, testing, defect resolution, regulatory compliance, documentation, training, and stakeholder workshops.
