Job Title: Enterprise Applications Manager (GTM Technology & Integrations)

Job Title: Enterprise Applications Manager (GTM Technology & Integrations)
Location: Remote / (U.S. Based)
Department: Revenue Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically sharp Enterprise Applications Manager to own, optimize, and scale our GTM technology stack. This role sits at the core of our Revenue Operations strategy — partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security to ensure our systems accelerate growth, streamline operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for the architecture, administration, and evolution of platforms like Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Clari, and others, while driving automations and integrations via tools like Torq, Python, and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate is SFDC-certified, brings an engineering mindset to problem-solving, and thrives as a self-starter delivering end-to-end solutions with minimal direction.

What You’ll Do
  • Own day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce (core CRM), Gong (call intelligence), HubSpot (marketing automation), Clari (forecasting), and more.
  • Administer, configure, and customize Salesforce to support evolving business processes — including Apex development, Flows, validation rules, and advanced automation logic.
  • Implement and maintain secure, scalable integrations across platforms, leveraging tools like Torq, Workato, or custom Python scripts.
  • Lead and optimize Clari implementation; Clari certification preferred.
  • Oversee HubSpot integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across systems to support Marketing, SDRs, and Sales workflows.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data security across GTM applications — collaborating with Security for compliance, SSO, and audit readiness.
  • Conduct regular audits, deduplication, and data hygiene processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for GTM systems issues — driving resolution and documenting learnings.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, recommend scalable improvements, and automate wherever possible — you own the outcome.
  • Support campaign execution, territory management, and lead uploads in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Champion adoption of AI and automation across our GTM stack (e.g., Salesforce, People.ai, GTM Buddy, Gong).
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise applications, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, validation rules, automation best practices).
  • SFDC Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Clari experience required; Clari certification strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially in managing marketing workflows, lead lifecycle, and sync with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Clay for data enrichment or automation is a plus.
  • Strong coding skills or scripting familiarity, especially with Python and advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested logic).
  • Proven experience implementing and managing integrations using iPaaS tools like Torq, Workato, Boomi, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of CRM data structures, GTM business processes, and the operational needs of Sales and Marketing.
  • A collaborative communicator who works cross-functionally with GTM and technical teams.
  • self-starter who brings solutions, not just problems — highly accountable, resourceful, and focused on impact.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Own a modern GTM tech stack and shape how it evolves — you’ll have room to innovate.
  • Partner directly with leadership to build the operational backbone behind revenue growth.
  • Join a dynamic, collaborative team with big opportunities for ownership and career growth.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
