Job Purpose:

Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) is a high-growth, publicly traded technology company seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to support and enhance its portfolio of business-critical enterprise applications, including CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Ship & Debit (Model N), and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Tensoft). The ideal candidate is a hands-on business systems analyst who bridges functional and technical needs across these platforms, translates business requirements into scalable system solutions, and helps connect applications and trading partners through modern integration tooling. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain in the dynamic environment of a fast-growing semiconductor company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support, configure, and maintain enterprise applications across CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Ship & Debit (Model N), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Tensoft), and other business-critical systems
  • Serve as a functional and technical analyst supporting channel data management, Ship & Debit, pricing, rebates, and quote-to-cash / order-to-cash processes
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration, functional specifications, and process designs
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between CRM, ERP, Ship & Debit, and external partner/channel systems using middleware and integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Power Automate, MuleSoft) and API/EDI frameworks
  • Ensure master data accuracy and consistency (customers, distributors, products, price lists) across connected systems, and troubleshoot data and integration issues through to resolution
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI to support business analytics, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Coordinate with software vendors, systems integrators, and internal teams to resolve escalated application and integration failures
  • Participate in enterprise application projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives, including UAT planning and execution
  • Maintain IT and application controls in compliance with SOX and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and end-user training materials
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process, configuration, or system improvements
  • Any and all other duties, as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong functional understanding of CRM and ERP business processes, including order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, and channel/distribution management
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Tensoft
  • Familiarity with Ship & Debit, channel data management, or rebate management platforms such as Model N
  • Understanding of integration and middleware concepts, with exposure to iPaaS/automation tools such as Boomi, Microsoft Power Automate, or MuleSoft
  • Working knowledge of API (REST/SOAP) and EDI (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810) integration patterns
  • Data analysis and query skills (e.g., SQL, Excel) for validation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and support efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Maintains accountability for actions (ownership of work) and is extremely reliable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical audiences
Qualifications

Requirements:

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a business systems / enterprise applications analyst supporting CRM and/or ERP platforms
  • Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS applications

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  • Experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Tensoft)
  • Experience with Ship & Debit or channel data management platforms (e.g., Model N)
  • Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
  • Integration experience with Boomi, Power Automate, MuleSoft, or a similar iPaaS/middleware platform
  • Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12) and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Experience maintaining IT application controls in compliance with SOX
