The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for supporting specific BDE territory growth and profitability through providing service and the resolution of issues in support of major national customers; the Enterprise Account Manager has secondary call point responsibility of accounts assigned in partnership w/their Enterprise BDE; partnering with internal operations, IT, Billing, Pricing and customer solutions nationally to solve any and all day to day customer issues.


This is a remote sales position with periodic nationwide travel. 

Responsibilities

Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics and supplies to identify customer needs

  • Support sales growth in new/existing key accounts through value added benefits within the Quest Diagnostics, Inc. service offering.
  • Ensure customer retention by maintaining relationships with current customer accounts.
  • Relationship building across these key customer bases.
  • Total knowledge of customer key players along with their operations forefront, identifying issues and finding quick and lasting resolutions. 
  • Clear, concise and direct forms of communication of issue resolution, expected timeline of correction and closure of service related issues. 
  • Participate in potential complex clinical discussions that can lead to upselling and growth of current business base.
  • Partner with Customer Solutions Group to facilitate, prioritize and resolve customer service issues
  • Escalate service issue non-resolution as appropriate
  • Leverage all tools and resources (including data, SFDC, target lists; Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional resources as needed)
  • Provide continuing education to the customer on new technologies and laboratory testing
  • Ensure compliance with company polices and government regulations
  • Follow up communications with internal stakeholders to ensure all parties are notified of issues and or resolutions.

ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Assist in forecasting monthly and quarterly sales
  • Effectively manage day-to-day operation of client issues, communications and 
  • Consistently perform administrative responsibilities, such as, expense reports, sales reports, and other business requests.
  • Perform all training courses within assigned timelines, demonstrating proficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company polices and government regulations
  • Answer all emails, phone calls, text messages in timely manner to insure both internal and external clients/customers’ needs are being met. 
  • Preparation to serve customers who are nationwide in multiple time zones (West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska)
  • High Speed Wifi needed to be effective in the role. 
Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

  • Two years or more of customer management and or related commercial sales experience.


Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Solid PC skill including Microsoft Software.

Skills: 

  • Ability to work remotely w/o major oversight and or supervision. Strong communication skills, proficient in PC/Apple products, ability to work in a complex environment, multi-tasking and balance multiple needs over an on-going basis.

Work Environment:

  • Candidate may have residency in the United States, EST time zone preferred. 
  • A valid driver’s license. 
  • A motor vehicle record & background in good standing.
  • Travel required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, communications and or related subject highly preferred. (Required)
  • Master's in business, finance or communications (Preferred)
