The Challenge:

We’re looking for an Account Executive who will provide the best experience & service to our prospective clients while taking our growth to new heights. This candidate will need to build efficient processes with internal stakeholders, accurately forecast revenue for the team, and support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Ideally, this person will be willing to travel to attend real estate industry conferences/events and be comfortable with the unknown in our rapidly changing environment.


What will you help deliver:

  • Prioritize, prospect, engage and close senior-level executives (Heads of ESG, Heads of Asset Management, Heads of Property Management, C-Suite, etc.) at multi-family and single-family owner/operator clients
  • Demonstrate how Esusu can drive ROI to their business and impact at Property Manager and resident levels
  • Travel on-site to 4+ multifamily real estate events per year to engage potential clients
  • Manage and update sales pipeline daily (via Salesforce) to provide visibility on upcoming deals to leadership team
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, etc. to ensure Esusu GTM strategy is set up for ongoing success
  • Test new products/programs with select prospective customers to drive additional value to their real estate portfolios

Qualifications:

  • Multifamily real estate knowledge and acumen with seasoned industry relationships and/or a deep commercial real estate network is a plus.
  • Strong experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, with a track record of closing net-new business.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level buyers, including senior operators and C-suite leaders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ROI and business impact.
  • Communicate effectively with potential Esusu clients and help them through a ~1-3+ month sales cycle. Ability to speak with decision makers at varying levels.
  • Strong organization, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline, with the ability to manage 25–50+ active opportunities at a time.
  • Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene and revenue visibility in Salesforce or a similar system.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment and helping shape go-to-market processes as the company scales.
  • Willingness to travel for prospect meetings and real estate industry events 1–2 times per quarter.
  • Passion for Esusu’s product, mission, and vision.

Above and Beyond:

  • Experience selling a technical, data, or category-creating product in a high-growth environment.
  • Formal recognition for sales performance (for example: President’s Club, top-performer awards, or similar distinction).
  • Interest in growing into broader strategic or sales leadership responsibilities over time.
