Enrollment Advisor
Location: Remote (Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Salary: $75,000 + bonus potential based on performance

Position Summary

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is growing and seeking a passionate and driven Enrollment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines supporting finance professionals exploring our online certificate programs, helping them advance their careers through world-class training.

As a key member of the Enrollment team, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, offer guidance to prospective learners, and help ensure a seamless and positive enrollment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current students via email, phone, and live consultations.

  • Advise prospective learners on the most suitable programs based on their goals and professional background.

  • Build trust and rapport by consistently delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with relevant learner information to support outreach, targeting, and personalization.

  • Conduct 15-minute consultation calls with interested candidates.

  • Host weekly info sessions and student welcome mixers in partnership with program directors.

  • Support existing students through ongoing outreach and proactive engagement.

  • Clearly communicate WSP and Wharton policies to ensure transparency for learners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt responses to all student and prospect needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, or a related field.

  • Prior experience engaging with finance professionals is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with educational or certification programs is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident and empathetic listener and presenter, capable of supporting professionals from entry-level to executive.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player excited to grow with a mission-driven company.

  • Preferred location: Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
