About monday.com

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run.

Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing.

We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking.

We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

About the team

monday CRM is a startup business unit within the company. It is taking aim at the massive CRM market. We launched the product 2 years ago and we already see its crazy growth and success, with over 25K paying accounts and an exponential ARR growth.

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to build and lead the growth team for the CRM product, with a strong focus on acquisition and activation. The growth team is responsible for helping users discover monday CRM, sign up effortlessly, and reach their “aha” moment as quickly as possible. You’ll drive product-led growth through experimentation, data-driven development, and seamless collaboration with product, marketing, and data teams.

This includes building onboarding experiences, optimizing the signup flow, and leading rapid iterations that directly impact key business KPIs such as conversion and activation. You’ll design a technical vision that supports fast-paced learning, scalable infrastructure, and user-centric thinking.

The CRM group runs as a startup within monday.com inspired by monday’s special culture and values. We believe in creating independent teams that can run fast and make an impact.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
