- 2–4 years of experience in a technical, automation, or AI-focused role — or strong hands-on experience through projects or personal experimentation.
- Practical experience building automations or AI workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or other integration platforms.
- Familiar with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and how to connect AI models to real business use cases.
- Familiar with APIs and web-hooks, and know how to connect systems to create automated, end-to-end workflows.
- Comfortable working in no-code/low-code environments and experimenting with lightweight scripting (JavaScript or Python) to extend functionality.
- Interest in building AI agents, copilots, or assistants that enhance customer or employee experiences.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Analytical and creative problem-solver who loves iterating quickly and finding practical ways to apply new technologies.
- Self-driven learner — you stay curious about emerging AI tools, share what you learn, and continuously look for ways to improve existing processes.
- Experience with conversational design or agent-building tools is a plus.
