WordPress & Front-end Developer
We're seeking a Web Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who sees the world differently and can create innovative and trustworthy technology for our customers. You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company, including members of our executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers in an open, creative environment
• Making the UI / UX simpler, more elegant, and more engaging for customers
• Improve user flows to drive up new customer conversions and product adoption
• Invent novel solutions to challenging problems
Initial Responsibilities
- Own the front end development of all of our marketing touchpoints
- Collaborate with our Growth and Acquisition Marketing Squad to engage new customers
- Work closely with product, support, and marketing channel owners to find creative opportunities for delivering value
- Deliver innovative solutions that reduce development friction
- Develop CMS capabilities that empower internal staff to make content and design changes quickly with less reliance on engineering
- Take personal ownership of improving critical conversion KPIs

Requirements
- Strong command of git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and cross-browser development
- Experience hacking existing frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
- WordPress and experience with an alternative open source CMS is a huge plus
- Experience building mobile first responsive websites and marketing emails
- Detail and visually oriented and precise in code and communication
- Is a pragmatic problem solver
- Works well in small teams with a clear mission
