Sr. Business System Analyst (Salesforce)

ServiceTitan is looking for a Sr. Business System Analyst to become a key member of our Salesforce team. ServiceTitan is heavily investing in its CRM infrastructure. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that the SFDC team deliver exceptional service to its internal customers (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Platform and Engineering)...

What you'll do

  • Work cross-functionally with functional stakeholders to understand, review, analyze, evaluates Salesforce.com business requirements.
  • Documents requirements, define scope and objectives and get sign off on user stories.
  • Translate business functional requirements into SFDC configuration specifications.
  • Perform Scrum Master and lead Scrum activities such as sprint grooming/planning, reviews and running daily standups.
  • Facilitate prioritization of epics and user stories with Steering Committee.
  • Create test data, write/execute test cases to ensure solution/design meet business success criteria.
  • Own, maintain and update our SFDC data dictionary.

What you'll need

  1. BS/BA in Business, Engineering or Information Technology
  2. At least 5 yrs of BSA experience with the Salesforce platform, including testing and supporting SFDC applications
  3. Must be a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator with good knowledge of SFDC configuration and capabilities
  4. Excellent communication skills. Able to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to business partners, verbally and in writing.
  5. Able to address problems logically, carefully, and methodically
  6. Persistence to pursue problems until they are solved, but also the good judgment to know when to stop and ask questions
  7. Experience with testing/UAT
  8. Should have good working knowledge of JIRA Admin and Confluence
  9. Knowledge of the full software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum Methodology
