SFDC DevOps Engineer

ServiceTitan is looking for a Salesforce Development Operations Engineer to become a key member of our Salesforce team. The SFDC DevOps Engineer will bring in expertise required to help implement continuous development/integration/testing through automation for the salesforce center of excellence. You will collaborate with demand, release and QA management leads to automate where possible. The position is part of a SFDC team that is responsible for Salesforce application enhancement architecture.

What you'll do

• Implementing and managing the DevOps strategy for a growing Salesforce.com portfolio of applications
• Responsible for version control system on github. Administer SDFC repositories in Github and responsible of creating/ deleting dev branches for every sprint cycle
• Responsible for SFDC Environment Management to make sure all instances are in Sync.
• Responsible to refreshing sandboxes as per sprint cycle and loading sample data in developer sandboxes.
• Manage Continuous integration, Build, Test and Deployment of incremental changes to SFDC systems. Write necessary scripts for deployments.
• Able to automate build and deployment for different SFDC instances in every sprint cycle. Manage and administer Flexible (On Demand) and Fixed sprint releases
• Work with Salesforce Developers/Architect as user stories/applications are promoted from lower environments to higher level ones.
• Perform necessary pre and post-deployment tasks.
• Promote Agile principles and methodology and follow industry best practices.

What you’ll need

1. At least 5 yrs. of experience as a DevOps using Github/Bamboo/Jenkins/ANT
2. Proven experience deploying custom code and configurations across a Salesforce instances
3. Should be able to perform SFDC administrative tasks like user management, customization, troubleshooting and configuration.
4. Expert technical understanding of the intersection between development and operations (DevOps)
