ServiceTitan is looking for a hands-on self motivated Senior Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Platform and CRM domain expertise. You will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance the ever evolving Salesforce implementation fully on Lightning and guarantee development artifacts are delivered with utmost quality. Must be detail oriented and have an in-depth understanding of industry standards of coding, security, version control (CI/CD) and testing standards.

As Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet business objectives, requirements and company goals using both configuration and customization.
• Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification / design documents.
• Involve in daily support and maintenance activities of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Conduct review and smoke testing on enhancements to ensure the compliance to coding and security standards as well as suggesting improvements to existing process.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflows.
• Interact directly with Business Analysts and users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Success, Marketing, Product Development and Operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
• Communicate with project managers and other developers to implement cohesive projects and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience enhance the Salesforce platform using configuration and code involving Apex, Lightning UI with Aura \ LWC, REST\SOAP API, Visual force, JavaScript (frameworks), XML, JSON, HTML, CSS and AJAX.
• 2+ years of experience working on large Enterprise Salesforce Implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Sales, Service and Community Clouds to better align changes to the CRM platform.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Good understanding of Managed Packages, OAUTH2, Caching, Future calls, outlook integration, open CTI and salesforce features.
• 1+ years of experience on CPQ Solution such as SFDC CPQ (Steel Brick), Apttus, etc.
• Experience in CI / CD tools like Autorabit, Github, bitbucket, Jenkins, ANT.
• Experience with Scripting Languages such as Shell, Python is preferred.
• Extensive Software Engineering work experience in an Agile / SDLC environment. 
• Solid software design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills in the Salesforce CRM platform
• Detailed oriented, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Platform Developer II Certification required-Preferred.
