Golden Hippo is looking for a top level Risk Manager to join our team! 

We are an innovative online direct response marketing company in the health and wellness space! We develop and grow some of the biggest supplement & skincare brands in the direct to consumer market.

Job Duties 

-Use a variety of tools to set perimeters and rules for transactions to meet using CyberSource Decision Manager, Kount, Verifi, and other vendors.
-Manage multiple brands to keep them all in compliance with all card type regulations.
-Manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure best pricing and tools are in use.
-Evaluate other tools in the marketplace.
-Track chargeback ratios daily and prepare reports for finance team and key stakeholders.
-Select and onboard new team members as needed.
-Demonstrated ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
-Manage fraud team consisting of 1 fraud supervisor and 5 manual review team members located remotely.

Requirements

-Minimum at least four years of experience in program management, fraud prevention, and/or risk management.
-At least 5 years of management experience.
-Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.
-Expert on CyberSource & NMI payment gateways.
-Expert on Decision Manager and Kount fraud prevention platforms.
-Expert on Verifi CDRN and Chargebacks 911 alerts and representments.
-Expert with the entire chargeback process including inquiries, representments, etc.
-Expert with all card brand regulations and reason codes.
-Experienced in Office and GSuite including Excel and Google Docs.
