Business Immigration & Compliance Practice Summary:
Greenberg Traurig’s Business Immigration and Compliance Group represents businesses, organizations, and individuals from around the world on a wide range of immigration matters and visa needs. We advise multinational corporations on a variety of employment related immigration issues, focusing on strategic immigration planning for U.S. and international companies for the international relocation of personnel both from and into the United States.
Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in non-immigrant and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. U.S. bar admission is required.
