As the Employer Brand Manager at Webflow, you will enhance our employer brand globally through storytelling and strategic campaigns, collaborating across teams, managing content vendors, and tracking brand performance.
The summary above was generated by AI

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager to bring Webflow’s values and employee experience to life across candidate-facing channels through compelling storytelling, campaigns, and content.

This role will own the activation of Webflow’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with the People, Talent, and Communications teams, with a focus on scaling our brand globally and resonating locally. You’ll shape how Webflow shows up to future candidates across the globe, manage external content vendors, and lead the strategy for awards, campaigns, and key candidate touchpoints like our careers page, LinkedIn, and blog.

About the role:
  • Location: Remote-first (United States)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $115,000 - $155,800
      • Zone B: $108,300 - $146,300
      • Zone C: $101,700 - $137,300

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Reporting to the Communications Lead

As an Employer Brand Manager, you’ll …

  • Activate and evolve Webflow’s employer brand across candidate-facing channels including LinkedIn, careers page, blog, and external platforms like BuiltIn and Glassdoor
  • Scale our employer brand in new and existing markets through content that’s globally aligned and locally relevant
  • Lead employer brand campaigns in partnership with People, Talent Acquisition, and Comms teams aligned to hiring priorities, DEI moments, ERG programs, and global milestones
  • Manage external content vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of employer brand assets, messaging guides, recruiter content, and creative templates
Translate internal stories into compelling narratives for external audiences, connecting culture, mission, and impact to why great people join Webflow
  • Own Webflow’s employer awards strategy and support submission development with the People and Comms team
  • Track performance and engagement of employer brand content, identifying gaps and opportunities across geographies, roles, and channels

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, content marketing, talent brand, or communications in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale multi-channel storytelling campaigns tied to hiring goals
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, structure, and audience
  • Experience managing external creative or content vendors
  • Confident collaborating across People, TA, and Marketing teams with the ability to translate culture into differentiated candidate messaging
  • Familiarity with EB tools and platforms (LinkedIn Life, BuiltIn, Glassdoor, etc.)

You’ll thrive as an Employer Brand Manager if you:

  • Love to find and amplify stories that matter to candidates, not just promote features
  • Know how to translate values into stories that land across cultures, timezones, and talent markets
  • Balance creative storytelling with executional rigor, timelines, and measurement
  • Can move quickly while maintaining message consistency and brand alignment
  • Care deeply about inclusive storytelling and amplifying diverse voices across the company
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Our Core Behaviors:
  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates
Benefits & wellness
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents. Full-time employees may also be eligible for voluntary insurance options where applicable in the respective country of employment
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (note: where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit); full-time employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
